SAIL es la plataforma con la que el Área Local de San Juan administra el programa WIOA Título I: todo el caso de cada participante en un mismo expediente, y cada cambio registrado. SAIL is the platform the San Juan Local Area uses to administer the WIOA Title I program: each participant's whole case in one record, and every change logged.

SAIL no es un servicio público en línea. Es la herramienta de trabajo del personal del programa WIOA Título I del Área Local de San Juan: consejería, administración y Junta Local. SAIL is not a public online service. It is the working tool of the staff who run the WIOA Title I program for the San Juan Local Area: counseling, administration and the Local Board.
El personal entra con las credenciales que ya tiene en wioasj-client.solutionsapp.online. Las solicitudes de acceso, los cambios de rol y las dudas sobre el sistema se atienden por el canal del equipo. Staff sign in with the credentials they already have at wioasj-client.solutionsapp.online. Access requests, role changes and questions about the system are handled through the team channel.
